China has promised that its carbon dioxide emissions will peak by 2030 and that the country will become carbon neutral by 2060. This pledge has implications for German companies in China.

China’s economy, industries and energy mix need to be restructured in order to become more resource-efficient. Businesses need new and green tech­no­lo­gies to achieve these goals. This development creates opportunities for German technology leaders that offer innovative products and services and integrated solutions.

The China 30.60 seminar series is intended to support German companies in China in their decarbonization efforts, present practical approaches to reduce carbon emissions and increase energy efficiency, and to provide a B2B platform for exchange of best practices.

The China 30.60 seminar series is designed for German companies in China and their headquarters in Germany, businesses from greentech sectors in Germany, industry and business associations, AHK and IHK member companies, etc. A particular focus is on small and medium-sized enterprises.

The China 30.60 seminar series is organized by German Centre Beijing and AHK Greater China / econet china. The seminars are taking place on-site in Beijing and online via MS Teams.
